recover file saved by hitting Ctrl + S on Visual studio -

i've complied code today using visual studio. kept hitting ctrl + s meanwhile coding have never "saved as...". visual studio crashed , code lost ='( possible recover it?

check under c:\users\[username]\documents\visual studio 2010\projects
