multithreading - Android App Hangs When Running While Not USB Connected -

my android application runs normal when connected computer. however, when run while usb disconnected, application hang indefinitely.

this sounds dumb question, wondering if being plugged in gives kind of advantages may missing. threading act differently while connected computer?
