openid - Open ID 2.0 and Open ID Connect -

we relying party uses oauth 1.0. we're looking develop endpoints openid , openid connect. question is: if develop single endpoint openid connect, compatible openid, or other way around?

the reason need both because have identity providers use each of these.

no, openid connect not backwards compatible openid 2.0. in fact openid 2.0 deprecated.
