azure - manage.windowsazure.com user experience issues -

what missing causing issues accessing "https://manage.windowsazure.com" or "https://portal.azure.com"

my problem trying access either of these sites ie 11 on windows 8.1. running vm in vmware fusion.
if try open ie normal session , go portal site url. ../sigin/index , white page, nothing else happens @ all. if try access manage site able "all items" view shown message "you have signed out elsewhere. click ok log out management portal" can around hitting escape. i've tried deleting temporary internet files , cookies no avail.
if try opening ie in private session , go portal.azure.com able portal , can manage.windowsazure.com page, information not load/refresh. i.e. morning when logged in in, , tried delete several of resources. webpage said doing something, never seemed process. logging in now, none of resources load (just progress bars of them.

now if open these same sites in safari on host computer management experience better, can delete things, pages load , refresh.

yesterday went microsoft sponsored intro class on azure. facility using windows 8 , created new outlook.com account class. had no inexplicable issues managing azure during class.

is hardware resource issue or fact we're using adfs. appreciated.

we using adfs our office365 logins , i'm trying access azure account associated office365 account. have no noticeable issues getting office365 sites.

my vm has 2 gb of ram , running on macbook pro (2012) 2.6 ghz i7. suggestions appreciated. want make azure work us, seems overly difficult. has been across multiple days , reboots of computer. i'm pretty sure along way have reset ie well.

--edit upped vm 4gb of ram , no immediate changes yet.
