azure - How to publish a WCF against a publish settings file? -

i have created site in azure , downloaded publish settings file. when click publish in vs option select file publish settings but asp.net project. more or less like so.

the problem i'm trying publish wcf library , publish option allows iis, ftp or system. can't find option publishing via settings file i've downloaded.

how can point wcf project pubxml file?
