Android studio takes half an hour to start on windows. Any fix? -

i have fresh install of complete android studio , every time start it, takes 27 34 minutes launch workable state.

my pc specs:

windows 7 ultimate ram: 4gb processor: intel core i3 graphics: intel hd graphics 3000

is there can fix this? tried searching everywhere seem 1 having problem "slow android" questions , solutions emulators , not actual android studio. appreciated!
