user interface - Visual Tkinter Python IDE doesn't work -

i downloaded visual tkinter python ide. unfortunately, when try open new project failed error:

i read error , found out there may chance versions don't match.

my version of python 2.6 (32-bit). when open regular python tkinter program , run it works ok, don't know why in ide dosen't work.
